This Pokemon is the key card of this decck.
[Mystery Noise] causes 90 damage and your opponet can’t use any Item cards.
However, you have to return back to deck all of your Pokemon cards to the deck, even attached cards.
「ミステリーノイズ」で相手に90ダメージを与えて、なおかつこのポケモンとついている全てのカードを山札に戻します。
その代わりに、相手にグッズロックをかけられるので、相手の動きを一気に制限することができます。

The Ability [Sprint] can be used Once during your turn (before your attack).You may discard your hand and draw 4 new cards.
So, you can play the game without gatting stuck.
特性「はやがけ」によって手札をトラッシュして新たに4枚引けるので、これで手札事故を極端に少なくすることができます。
Goomy
If the Pokemon is on the Active Pokemon, your opponent needs one more energy card when they attack you.
After you play Ohbem, it is difficult for your opponent to attack if you also put Goomy on the Active Pokemon.
バトル場にいれば特性「ねばるねんまく」が働くので、相手はワザを使うのに余分にエネルギーを貼る必要があります。
「オーベム」がワザで山札に戻った際、このポケモンを出しておくことで、さらに攻撃をしにくくできますね。

Also it has a Power Plant, and this card stops an Ability of GX Pokemons
グッズロックをかけつつ、必要エネも多くするかなり妨害要素を備えたデッキです。
「無人発電所」もあるので、「カプ・テテフGX」や「デデンネGX」、「ゾロアークGX」といったドローをできるGXポケモンの特性も完全に止めることができます。
相手に与えるダメージ自体は多くありませんが、そのぶん相手をコントロールして勝っていけそうですね！
